We are Akson Ltd and this service allows you to upload, process, and manage files through our AI-driven platform.

2. What data we collect and why

• Account Data: Your email address and password to create and secure your account. We process this to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Your Files: The content you upload and the files generated by our service. We process this to provide the core functionality you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical Logs: IP addresses and timestamps for security and operational necessity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - Legitimate Interests).

3. How we store and protect your data

All data is stored in a secure Supabase database. Your files are isolated using a unique identifier (UUID). Our database uses Row Level Security (RLS) so that queries can only return data belonging to the logged-in user. Other users cannot access your files.

4. Who can access your data

• You: You control and can access all data in your account.
• Our Developers: Authorized developers may access the database system for essential operations like troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring security. This access is strictly controlled, logged, and is necessary for our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Developers cannot browse user data at will.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your files directly in the service. For other requests, contact us at support@aksonai.com. We will try and respond as soon as possible.
